Who is eligible to join the Iron Cactus lawsuit?

The lawsuit alleges that Iron Cactus restaurants unlawfully required wait staff to contribute to a tip pool that, in part, was distributed to food expeditors ("expos") in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The lawsuit also alleges that Iron Cactus unlawfully charged wait staff for broken glassware. Our firm filed a lawsuit on behalf of our clients (current and former Iron Cactus wait staff) against five Iron Cactus locations in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.
