According to Reporter News, former construction project manager Patrick McGinnis is suing the City of Abilene with claims that the city failed to provide accommodations that would have allowed him to keep his job after he suffered a stroke.

McGinnis is also claiming that he was not paid overtime wages that he was entitled to, and that the City intentionally failed to pay the overtime.

The suit was filed in the U.S. Northern District Court in Abilene, and a formal complaint was also issued with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission.
