Active Texas Case: Hundreds of Restaurant employees in Houston and the Woodlands may have a claim
Lawsuit Against Nit Noi Thai Restaurant for Overtime and Minimum Wage Violations

Former restaurant staff have filed a wage and overtime lawsuit against the family-owned chain of Nit Noi restaurants in Texas. Kennedy Hodges, LLP, is currently representing the employees and our firm estimates that hundreds of individuals in Houston and the Woodlands may have been victims of Nit Noi's federal wage law violations.

The lawsuit was filed against all of Nit Noi's Houston and Woodlands locations, including the Royal Oaks Village location, I-45/FM 1960, Midtown, Galleria, I-10/Dairy Ashford, Downtown, Woodway Square 2, and its Woodlands location.
