Since we posted this blawg regarding our investigation into the alleged wage violations at Iron Cactus, we have received hundreds of visitors to this particular page. 
We have also received numerous phone calls and e-mails from workers who have confirmed the tip pool violations first reported a couple of weeks ago.  Please visit our Iron Cactus update page to get the latest information on this lawsuit.

Our firm is investigating alleged tip pool violations on behalf of current and former employees of Iron Cactus Mexican Grill and Margarita Bar. The claims include that Iron Cactus involved employees in tip pools and forced them to share tips with other employees who do not customarily receive tips, such as kitchen workers and food expeditors. This is an illegal practice.  

Who is Affected?
All current and former employees of Iron Cactus in Texas could be affected by these tip pool violations. Iron Cactus does business at the following locations:

  • Austin
  • Dallas
  • San Antonio
  • Texas Hill Country

You may be eligible to join this complaint if you:

  • Are a current or former employee of Iron Cactus in the past three years;
  • Worked over 40 hours a week but were not paid 1.5 times your regular rate in overtime pay.
