A notice to join has been filed for the worker's group seeking back wages for overtime and minimum wages. Former employees represented by Kennedy Hodges LLP have filed a court action that enables other workers to assert their rights to recover unpaid minimum and overtime wages due under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
