What is minimum wage?
Pennsylvania minimum wage is set at $7.25 per hour for non-exempt employees.

What is the minimum wage for tipped employees?
In Pennsylvania, tipped employees may be paid an hourly wage of $2.83, as long as the employee’s tips bring the total hourly wage up to the applicable minimum wage. If it does not, an employer must make up the difference in cash.

When am I eligible to earn overtime?
Non-exempt employees in Pennsylvania must be paid overtime pay for any hours they work over 40 hours in a work week.

Am I entitled to a lunch or rest break?
Employers are not required to give breaks for employees 18 and over.
