What is minimum wage in Indiana?
Indiana minimum wage is $7.25 per hour.

What is the minimum wage for tipped employees?
The minimum wage in Indiana for tipped employees is $2.13 per hour, as long as the tips they receive plus their wage add up to at least the minimum wage for each hour of work. If it does not the employer must make up the difference.

When am I eligible to earn overtime?
Most Indiana employees are covered by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). However, employees not covered under federal law may still be protected by the Indiana Minimum Wage Law. The Indiana Minimum Wage Law generally requires employers to pay employees overtime at a rate of not less than one-and-one-half their regular pay rate when employees work over forty hours during a work week.

Am I entitled to a lunch or rest break?
Indiana does not require employers to provide lunch or rest breaks. Employees eligible to federal wage and hour protections must be paid for interrupted meal or lunch breaks.
