What is Colorado minimum wage?
Colorado minimum wage is $7.64.

What is the minimum wage for tipped employees?

In Colorado, employers can pay tipped employees an hourly wage of $4.62, as long as the employee’s tips bring the total hourly wage up to minimum wage. If it does not the employer must make up the difference.

When am I eligible to earn overtime?
Eligible employees must be paid overtime if they work over 12 hours in a day, or more than 40 hours in a week.

Am I entitled to a lunch or rest break?
For eligible employees, half-an-hour meal period after no more than 5 hours, 10 minute rest period for each 4 hours.
