The U.S. Labor Department continues its investigations into wage and hour practices at numerous New Jersey gas stations. After initial findings, many of the businesses were found to be under the umbrella of BP Products North America.
BP got the message from the Labor Department and is now reviewing how their gas station employees are paid. Last year, the labor department managed to recover a wage and hour settlement for 295 New Jersey gas station workers after numerous investigations.
