Verizon Wireless is named in a wage and overtime lawsuit that claims the company did not pay overtime to its first-level local managers in California for Verizon FiOS Group. The overtime lawsuit against Verizon claims that local managers were paid fixed salaries without overtime pay, a violation of California's labor laws.
