Case in Point: Unpaid overtime lawsuit against Xerox
In April, a Xerox IT employee filed an unpaid overtime lawsuit against the company. The wage claim against Xerox seeks $50 million in damages on behalf of a proposed class of IT employees in California who were reclassified as ineligible for overtime wages in 2008.
The lawsuit includes current and former Xerox IT employees in California who worked over 40 hours a week and were denied their overtime pay.
