Employees to Steak and Shake management: Don’t mess with my time clock.

Two current servers and trainers of Steak n Shake restaurants in Georgia are filing a lawsuit against the company for allegations that the company directed managers to adjust employees’ hours if they worked more than 40 hours a week in order to avoid paying overtime.
The lawsuit includes an audit report that shows altered clock-in and clock-out times. According to the complaint, employees lodged several complaints against the company, including allegations that:
