During these tough economic times, you can't afford to be cheated out of your hard-earned wages.  I understand that.  You need an experienced wage and labor lawyer when your right to receive a fair day‘s pay has been violated.  While the idea of fair pay for a fair day's work is simple enough, the laws are complicated and change every day.  You need a lawyer with significant overtime and wage claim experience.  I have handled hundreds of wage and hour cases ranging from employees who were paid straight time for overtime hours worked to employees at large corporations who have been misclassified.  I will work with you to determine the best course of action to ensure that your legal rights are fully protected.

I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and have lived in Texas since 1988.  I am fluent in English and Spanish.  I attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where hard work and dedication resulted in a bachelor's degree in Political Science.  I subsequently attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, where I graduated in near the top of my law school class.  I returned to Texas and have been practicing in Texas State and Federal Court throughout my entire legal career. I have extensive experience in litigation.  I began my practice at a general practice litigation law firm and now continue my litigation practice in Houston, Texas with an emphasis on wage and hour law.

Honesty, integrity, hard work and dedication are values that have been instilled in me throughout my life and that I continue to bring to all my cases.  My understanding and appreciation for hard work and the value of a person's time are things that I keep in mind when working on your wage and hour case.  I truly believe that people should be compensated fairly and justly for their effort and hard work.  This is a simple rule with no exceptions.

I have successfully represented hundreds of clients in wage and overtime cases.
